Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

Vacation home – Gesindehaus of Diersfordt Castle

Make yourself comfortable in the former family home of Diersfordt Castle on the beautiful Lower Rhine. Freiherr Alexander Hermann von Wylich had it built about 250 years ago for the servants of the castle. In the entrance area, it takes away the old pebble floor, which has been laid in herringbone pattern. However, you do not have to forego comfort. The house has 135 square meters and was completely renovated in 2019.
