THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite, but nicely away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our holiday property (house with 2 apartments with separate entrances) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, directly on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm of land also invite you to campfire, camping and in winter to toboggan on your own toboggan slope. The house is only a vacation property. So it has no permanent tenants. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask you to be considerate of each other.

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with its own garden, sauna and hot tub and direct access to the hiking trails in the beautiful Harz Mountains. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Frisch renoviert und komplett neu eingerichtet lädt die "Haselnuss" zum Verweilen ein. Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

FEWO -Elli-, small+cozy in Wernigerode

Eine kleine Wohnung in Wernigerode - Nähe Zentrum. Der Bahnhof ist ca 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Unsere Wohnung verfügt über einen Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett. Das Bad ist mit einem Waschbecken, WC und Dusche ausgestattet. Im Wohn-, Schlafbereich befindet sich ein LED-TV und ein Kühlschrank. Ein Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, etwas Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Toaster, löslicher Kaffee usw. sind für ein kleines, einfaches Frühstück vorhanden. Die Wohnung kann nur mit maximal 2 Personen bezogen werden!

The apartment has 2.5 rooms, is about 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 people who like open, bright living. The built-in kitchen is brand new. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. A highlight is the balcony. You look at the chestnut avenue that gave the apartment its name.
