The vacation home is furnished in the style of Art Deco. This includes the large living room with Chesterfield leather seating and Art Deco furniture, flat-screen TV with theater sound. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with every comfort. Of the two bedrooms, one has a single bed and access to the conservatory (bed size 130 × 200 cm). The other offers two single beds (90 × 200 cm; 140 × 200 cm). The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower. The garden with seating area invites you to linger.

The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Blankenburg (Harz) is located between Quedlinburg and Wernigerode and thus offers countless opportunities to start excursions or hikes together.

Ideal starting point for Harz explorers; as hikers, skiers, bikers, motorists or leisurely with the Harz Narrow Gauge Railways. Distance to train station, supermarket, restaurant about 500 m. Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
