We have furnished this newly renovated, centrally located and spacious apartment as if we would move in there ourselves... ;-) 4 people will find plenty of space here on almost 90 m²! Great bathroom with rain shower, comfortable bed in the bedroom, steamer in the kitchen, 75-inch TV in the living room, storage room with washer-dryer, sofa bed in the living room, terrace with furniture and a house bar in the living room! Of course, with Wi-Fi and the possibility to accommodate bicycles.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
