The apartment is located within 5 minutes’ walk from the train station and city center. It has a separate entrance and consists of a sleeping room with double bed, extra large (160 x 220 cm), including a writing desk, a bathroom with shower and a living room with TV, a Grothrian-Steinweg piano, integrated kitchen and dining area, a sofa-bed. It has a nice view into our garden with an area with picknick-table for the guest. A free parking lot and a terrace also belongs to the apartment.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with rooftop views. Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The former day labourer kate has been lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house has been preserved and so this property impresses with its timberwork, the bricks that have largely been preserved and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the living room is possible. Das gemütliche Apartment bietet alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Genießen Sie den Blick in den Obstgarten, während Sie in der sonnigen Südseite des Hauses entspannen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer Küche, einem großzügigen Bad und einem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem ausklappbaren Schlafsessel.

The house on the outskirts of the village is wonderfully quiet on the edge of the district of Diedrichshagen, surrounded by wide fields, forest and nature. The beaches of Usedom, Lubmin and also Rügen are easily accessible by car. Enjoy the expanse of nature, social gatherings in the spacious house and on the property or the cultural offerings of the nearby town of Greifswald. The half of the house offers 120 m² of living space on two complete floors.

Here I offer my cozy, ground-level, small place to stay. On 46 m² you can feel really comfortable with 2 people. For a third person, the sofa bed (1.20 m) can be used in the living room. The terrace to the rear courtyard is accessible via the bedroom and you can enjoy the evening sun there. There is a bakery in the house. Downtown, train station and supermarket are within walking distance.
