The house has three bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom on the upper floor and a barrier-free bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is also accessible for disabled guests. Two living rooms and a dining room complete the ground floor. There is a balcony and a garden.

On the roof there is another sun terrace.
