Nice, bright and quiet attic apartment

The upper floor belongs completely to you. There is enough parking space behind the house and parking for motorbikes and bicycles also. The garden in front of and behind the house may be used with pleasure. Our house is in a quiet side street. Nearby is a Rewe - open until 9pm. Directly in front of the house runs the Hochwald bike path and lots of hiking trails. Brochures about the variety of leisure activities are out. The apartment is flooded with light and is located on the 1st floor.

The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress. Here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby. Some paths lead just a few meters past the farm, such as the Schiefer-Wackenweg.

The atmosphere in the east quarter of Trier is familiar and scenic. The pedestrian zone with all the sights, museums and shopping, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking, everything is within 10 minutes almost at the doorstep. (4 minutes) to Lidl/dm/Takko/bakery and about 300 meters (4 minutes) to the Globus. The apartment is fully furnished. Just arrive and feel good, you don't need to bring anything, it has it all!
