Unser Ferienhaus ist ein großzügiges, lichtdurchflutetes, freistehendes Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Nestled between lakes in a fantastic location with breathtaking mountain views. Very peacefully situated, with the Osterseen lakes beginning right at your doorstep. The Starnberger See is just 500 meters away, as well as restaurants and shopping opportunities. Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by direct train or via the highway, just like the mountains. Stylishly and modernly furnished, the chalet accommodates up to 6 guests. A large garden with a terrace is also available for use.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Wooden floors, clay plaster, old lovingly restored wooden furniture, the bathroom is large and bright. This apartment gives space to relax and feel comfortable. The eat-in kitchen is modern and simple, inviting you to cook and enjoy. The living room is flooded with light, has a beautiful sitting window and a large balcony with beautiful views of the Alpine foothills. Two cozy bedrooms and a small clay plaster sauna make the apartment a small temporary home.
