Naturnahe Ausflugsziele in den Schwarzwald warten auf dich. Direkt im Umkreis gibt es diverse Wanderwege z.B. den Rosenwanderweg (33km), durch das Haselbachtal. Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen Einkaufladen für den täglichen Bedarf und ein Restaurant mit gut bürgerlicher Küche und Pizzaspezialitäten.

Our newly renovated apartment "Haus Talblick" is located on the edge of the southern Black Forest at an altitude of about 550 m with unobstructed views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss Alps. The apartment with separate entrance and private spacious terrace is located in a detached house. Parking right outside the door. Leave everyday life behind and enjoy nature. Whether cycling/mountain biking or motorcycle tours, skiing or hiking. Every season has its own special charm here.

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

The complete core renovation in 2022 shows the approx. 70 sqm apartment in modern splendor. The separate entrance leads to the large living and dining area (+new sofa bed) with new kitchen. Due to the open room design, the hallway adjoins the living area and you enter the modern bathroom and 2 bedrooms. A terrace with barbecue facilities and free parking are in front of the apartment. Another approx. 70 sqm apartment is also available for rent.

Waldhauser farm barrel

The heated Waldhauser Hof Fässle offers a unique overnight experience. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!

Time out in the middle of the Rothauser Land!

Enjoy a break in the middle of the countryside between goats and forests in a secluded location. Start the day with a glass of fresh goat's milk and enjoy the fantastic view and watch our goats and feel the calming effect. Right outside your front door you can start your hikes through the fascinating Black Forest. Our well-known Rothaus brewery is worth a trip. It can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

Fully equipped studio surrounded by nature on 75 sqm

Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility in the midst of nature. In our light-flooded studio, the focus was on a natural atmosphere. The clay plaster used offers an extraordinary indoor climate and the selected furnishings a pleasant living feeling. The high ceilings, the exposed beams and the interior in the Black Forest style ensure an immediately noticeable well-being.

Silva Nigra Chalet for 4 at the pond

The Hierholzer pond is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony facing the pond provides 65 m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched. To the south there is an alpine view.

The holiday apartment is modernly furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Thanks to its location, it's pleasantly cool in summer, while a fireplace provides cozy warmth in winter. The adjoining garden is also a lovely place to unwind. Sleeping options include a comfortable box-spring bed and a Murphy bed.
