Bright, fully furnished attic apartment renovated in 2019 with magnificent views in a 3-family house. Quietly located without transit traffic and yet centrally located. The S-Bahn takes 5 minutes to Bad Homburg, 30 minutes to Frankfurt/M., and about 50 minutes (with a change at the main train station) and is a 3-minute walk away. The owner and his parents live in the house. After consultation, a washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Free parking for 1 car.

The place actually has everything you need to live, yet Wehrheim has retained its village character. In 2 minutes you are in the field and in the forest. The detached single-family home was originally built in 1962 as a weekend house for a Frankfurt family and has been completely renovated and converted in the last three years. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen in the living and dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed with two beds and a large bathroom with natural light with a double sink and large shower. There is also a private terrace with seating.
