The Villa - City View Amsterdam

Stay in a unique location just outside Amsterdam! This renovated, spacious property in Landsmeer offers comfortable accommodation for 9 people. There are 4 bedrooms (upstairs), 3 showers (downstairs), 2 toilets (downstairs) and a garden. Close to the bustling city, on the edge of a nature reserve. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the centre of Amsterdam by public transport. The bus stop is at 50m. A (Uber) taxi to town is barely 15 minutes. This house is not suitable for children between 6 months and 4 years.

In July & August, per week! Our unique house is on a headland with water on 2 sides. Centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Nearby are marinas and recreational homes. From the road, you walk to the ferry, with which you sail to the cottage yourself. The house is only accessible by raft/boat. The house has a garden, wooden scaffolding and seats. Inside, the house is equipped with all comforts: there is floor heating, air conditioning and WiFi. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2nd toilet and bathroom.

Welcome to our "Tiny House" Buitenpost in Abcoude. The cozy cottage is located in a unique Dutch landscape, close to Amsterdam. Nature lovers can enjoy to their heart's content with us. Mondriaan painted a great deal in this area. Our guesthouse for two people is located behind the old Tolhuis on Velterslaantje. It is an independent cottage with simple kitchen, living room and bathroom with rain shower. The cottage has underfloor heating. A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping floor.

In the summerhouse of our farm, which was built in 1865, and situated just 200m from the city border of Amsterdam you will find our holiday home. The house consists of 2 spacious bedrooms each with individual bath room, there is a living and a large kitchen. The folding doors brings you to the big private garden which gives you a panoramic view to the surrounding pastures with grazing sheep and cows. On the first floor you will find one open space for relaxing, dining and a fire place.

The cozy house has a cozy living/dining room with fireplace. All with quality. Audio and video are available, such as television and Sonos. A well-equipped kitchen, including oven, dishwasher and microwave. Upstairs two bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub, shower and second toilet. Provided with fine towels and rituals bath, shower essentials. Washer and dryer are in separate room, all are available for use. Behind the house a sunny, spacious garden. 2 bicycles are ready for use.

Casa Petite: holiday cottage with garden and parking

In a rural setting, in a unique place in the Randstad, is the Casa Petite vacation home. Originally an old barn, but renovated, preserved and equipped with every comfort. It is free-standing, has a private terrace with garden and private parking. Close by is a lot of culture, nature, beach and Amsterdam. Bohemian Farmhouse. Unique and full of character

Bohemian Farmhouse is not a standard holiday home. It feels like staying in a private museum, filled with art, objects and atmosphere. A place for people who value quiet, character and space (but still close to Amsterdam). The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.

Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).
