The Hey Loft: A Boutique Studio at a Horse Farm

Welcome to the Hey Loft, a unique, equestrian themed space w/a huge window overlooking the riding arena & pastures. Immerse yourself in the magical world of horses in this serene open studio apartment located on the 2nd floor of the barn. The space is designed in farmhouse/rustic decor. Privacy curtains divide the bed from the rest of the well appointed room. Blinds/black-out curtains are installed over the viewing window. The farm is minutes from the shops & restaurants in historic Waxhaw.

The Loblolly Pine Room

This is a one bedroom (King Bed and a single pull out) one bath space with a separate game/entertainment room with a pool table. It has a small coffee/snack bar area. This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Cowboy Quarters

Come experience the true cowboy lifestyle on a 125-acre​ working farm and petting zoo. Wake up and look outside to a beautiful stocked pond and enjoy the rocking chairs on the porch while listening to the sounds of the farm. The farm has 3 stocked ponds so bring a fishing rod and try your luck at catch and release fishing. You will have the opportunity to see many animals on the farm including dogs. Your dogs are welcome too for an additional fee. We also have horseback riding for a fee.

ROYAL GOOSE 1- bedroom treehouse.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

Waxhaw is a small town rich in Heritage and bustling with activity, parks, unique shops, fine dining, breweries and local food in a relaxing atmosphere. Our town offers a sense of well being for all who work, live and visit here! Jud's Place is just 10 min from downtown and is a peaceful and quiet location to getaway from the busyness of life. 3 Bedroom Cottage with feel of being in nature.

Newly constructed unique cottage includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, covered porch with dining table, grill and a firepit. Very secluded property with lots of mature trees but still close to shopping and attractions. The Cottage is located behind the main house on the right side but is completely separate from the main house. It has dedicated parking and space to relax and enjoy nature. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house.
