Guests ages 30 and above are only allowed to book this listing. Children are OK as long as accompanied by an adult 30 or over.

This was originally Bruton Smith's Condo at the race track! The main living area has floor to ceiling windows for an amazing view of the track. This is the Penthouse Suite floor plan, it includes its own PRIVATE balcony and a side window that opens. If your booking the condo over a NASCAR RACE, you will get up to 7 people inside the condo FREE of charge, additional people require condo tickets and will be charged extra by the Speedway.
