Alle Räume sind hell, freundlich und frisch renoviert. Von den Zimmern hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Turm, Hof und Schloss. Die Tische im Hof laden im Sommer zum Entspannen oder zu einem idylischen Frühstück im Grünen ein. Für die Kleinen gibt es einen Sandkasten. Das Ensemble liegt im Herzen der Urlaubsregion Main-Spessart.

In addition, we built a new terrace in 2023 and so a great evening sun can be enjoyed in the apartment / outside. There is a private bedroom, dining room, kitchen, workplace and terrace. 3 rivers invite you to extended tours. Nearby there are opportunities for gliding, hang gliding, paragliding, canoeing, geocaching and the oldest wine town in Franconia.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .
