Comfortably sleeps 8 adults & is equipped with 1 kitchen, 2 full baths, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas with a TV, dining area, 2 bedrooms & a loft.

Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Welcome to Kendra's Kabin! An adorable treehouse located at Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort. 1 exit to the U of A. While we offer DISH tv with several channels we do not have reliable Wi-Fi. If you require Wi-Fi for streaming, work or school, please bring your own device. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING! 2 dogs allowed. No aggressive breeds. Weight limit is 30 lbs. Dogs must be on a leash and not left unattended while outside. Must be in a kennel if left alone inside.
