*Please pardon our site progress* The Clementine on College is part of the redevelopment of the original 1965 Hi-Way Inn Motel in hopes of rehabilitating the site to align with the city's future development. The Clementine consists of 8 of the existing motel units, which, while still small, have been updated and refurbished with a nod back to its midcentury design. The site is also home to Cafe Rue Orleans, a beloved local restaurant, and Sidecar, a new bar on the property.
