Built in 1879, Teacup is one the oldest homes in Eureka. The Crescent, America’s most haunted hotel is just a short walk from Teacup. Spring Street is only 0.2 miles - where all the galleries, shops, bars & restaurants can be found. Eureka is a hilly town but the trolley (stop 94) stops right in front of the cottage.

The Sassafrass Silo began life as a grain silo that Mike found on a farm in Kansas. We felt she had more life left in her, so we took her from field to forest and gave her a new purpose! Her new journey is based on Debbie's family history from the beautiful Natchez, Mississippi. Her memories of serving in Pilgrimage in her own hoop skirt and classic charm of the antebellum homes paired with her love of bohemian style, nature and the lake helped create this unique space!
