Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." Lovely Cottage with Ponies

Relax in this special and quiet space. This beautiful little cottage is located on the outskirts of the village and has a large, permanently fenced property (about 1500 sqm), ideal for families, dog owners and nature lovers. From the kitchen table and from the bed you can look directly at the horses and the mountains. Really a wonderful view. 😍 The large tiled stove makes it super cozy, even during colder days. 2 e-bikes can be rented for a fee + horseback riding 🏇

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
