Lean back & relax... Our one-room apartment was created only with natural building materials. With a lot of love for detail, I have processed natural slate & oak wood here. The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." Bike charging station directly at the apartment. Then a sauna session? If you are interested, it is possible to take a tour with my US Oldies ;-)

Welcome to our lovingly managed guest house complex with a total of 5 houses – idyllically located on the Rhönstrand, in the middle of the Rhön biosphere reserve. The beach house is our largest tiny house (about 40 m²) and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, ideal for couples, friends or small families. Our other tiny houses, which we also offer, are perfectly designed for a maximum of 2 people! Feel free to stop by. By the way, each apartment has its own private hot tub.

Lovely Cottage with Ponies

Relax in this special and quiet space. This beautiful little cottage is located on the outskirts of the village and has a large, permanently fenced property (about 1500 sqm), ideal for families, dog owners and nature lovers. From the kitchen table and from the bed you can look directly at the horses and the mountains. Really a wonderful view. 😍 The large tiled stove makes it super cozy, even during colder days. 2 e-bikes can be rented for a fee + horseback riding 🏇

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The apartment is situated in a partially renovated water castle from 1565 in the small village of Hollrich, Germany It consists of 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms with a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

Directly above our self-service farm shop is our 40 sqm apartment. With a fully equipped kitchen (including small oven, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher), the open adjoining living room with LED flat-screen satellite TV and a sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate bedroom with air conditioning and TV, it leaves nothing to be desired for a short stopover or a longer stay.

The cozy 50 sqm apartment is located in the annex of our single-family house with private access. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, wardrobe and TV. The open living/dining area is equipped with a corner couch, closet and TV, dining table and kitchenette. Two more people can sleep on the couch (140 cm). The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people. (Dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, bread slicer)
