The beach house is our largest tiny house (about 40 m²) and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, ideal for couples, friends or small families. Our other tiny houses, which we also offer, are perfectly designed for a maximum of 2 people! Feel free to stop by. By the way, each apartment has its own private hot tub.

This beautiful little cottage is located on the outskirts of the village and has a large, permanently fenced property (about 1500 sqm), ideal for families, dog owners and nature lovers. From the kitchen table and from the bed you can look directly at the horses and the mountains. Really a wonderful view. 😍 The large tiled stove makes it super cozy, even during colder days. 2 e-bikes can be rented for a fee + horseback riding 🏇

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees.
