Paal 14 is a cozy, comfortable, classy 4-person cottage on a beautiful avenue, within walking distance of the dunes, climbing dune, the village with shops and restaurants. It is a fully independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

And also nearby the beaches and only 35 min. from Amsterdam. The apartment (ground floor) is filled with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Comfy box spring kingsize bed, fully fitted kitchen, luxury bathroom and French doors which will get you straight from the apartment into the lovely sunny garden.

Our studio has a luxury bathroom with rain shower, kitchen with dishwasher, combination microwave, induction hob, Nespresso and spacious fridge, underfloor heating. Complete privacy on the edge of Bergen with the city center 5 minutes away. Free use of 2 bikes. It is possible to bring your dog (see the house rules for the conditions and extra costs). In June-Sept rental per whole week from Saturday to Saturday, outside of it a minimum of 3 nights.

House of 100 years old is located under the mill and is cozy and comfortable. A five-minute walk and you are in the center of Alkmaar. Rent a boat and see Alkmaar from the water. In the street behind the cottage is a nice, large playground, the "OKB". The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and opposite the house. Free parking within walking distance. Center: a 5-minute walk Beach: 30 minutes by bike/15 minutes by car Two bicycles for use at the cottage.

Irene's Birdhouse

Irene's Vogelhuis is located behind our house on the Breelaan in Bergen. That is close to the cozy center, but also very close to the forest, the dunes and the beach. An ideal place and perfect base for two people who want to enjoy Bergen and its surroundings. The studio is equipped with every comfort, modernly furnished and clean. We charge a fixed price per night including cleaning fee and tourist tax. A dog is also welcome, we charge a little extra for that.

This spacious apartment (72 m2) with a sunny balcony is a stone's throw away from the historic city centre and the famous cheese market. Parking is free throughout the district and two city bikes are available to explore the area. Welcome to Koerhuys Alkmaar! A one-of-a-kind 16th century courtyard house located at the old city center. Walking distance to the cheese market, shops, restaurants, bars and monuments but the courtyard feels peaceful and secluded. Good base to explore Amsterdam, tullip fields, old villages, dunes and the nearby beaches! The house was lovingly renovated with a new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.

Studio "Het Atelier" in the heart of Bergen.

Studio "Het Atelier" is located in a very quiet place in the heart of Bergen in the middle of the greenery. A cozy sunny terrace adjoins my large garden. There is no traffic here, only nature and tranquility around you. Still, it is less than a 5-minute walk to the supermarket. The sea is 5 km away. The dune area is close by. You can cycle or walk for hours through the beautiful forests and dunes where wild horses and cows graze.

Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back a spacious garden room with fireplace and in addition a private garden. The garden room can be heated with the fireplace . In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Lovely apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!

The Poolster is a home with double French doors. The kitchen has a gas stove with oven. The large sauna with 4 sofas is inside the house. A huge flat-screen TV is available. There's a separate toilet and rain shower. There is a private terrace with table and chairs, and you can use the sunny general garden with sunbeds.
