On the ground floor is a large living area with fireplace, SMART TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and washer-dryer. In the attic you can use 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

Our small wooden house is right on the edge of the forest, so you can watch deer or other wildlife while having breakfast on the terrace. We live on the neighboring property. There is also a 2nd apartment. Our children's playground with trampoline and swing is right behind the house in the forest. Our 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak, 1 rowboat and 2 standups are available to our guests in the boathouse at Wurlsee by arrangement. There is a wallbox for charging at the house.

Third sleeping place available. Comfortable and tastefully equipped. Large idyllic farm garden to relax. The farm is very quiet on a dirt road on the edge of a nature reserve. Many lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle are very close.

Our apartments are completely new built in traditional solid oak half-timbered construction and were completed in 2019. In the house there are two neighboring apartments with separate entrances. The cottage is located in a nice and quiet residential settlement on a 1000 sqm enclosed plot separately in the garden. The location is a good mix for recreation and tranquility and yet not far from the Warener city life, or as a starting point for excursions in the area. On warm days you can have breakfast on the large covered terrace directly at the holiday home or barbecue in the evening.
