My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wald und man erreicht in 5 min den Wanderweg zur Tannenhütte (beliebte Hütte am Sonnenberg Wank). Die Lage ist ruhig, direkt am Berg. Man kann die Geschäfte in der Ludwigstraße nach kurzem Fußmarsch erreichen. Mit dem Rad ist man in 2 Minuten beim Bäcker bzw. Discounter.

Diese Altbauwohnung wurde von mir frisch und liebevoll renoviert und bietet einen unvergesslichen, unverbauten Ausblick mit Südbalkon. Ich bin mir sicher, Sie werden meine Heimat lieben wie ich. Wanderungen oder Radtouren können direkt vor der Haustür starten, und auch die Skipisten sind nur eine große Wiese entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix und schnelles WLAN.
