Abendsonne vacation apartment - Right on the beach

Unsere Ferienwohnung Abendsonne liegt ebenerdig direkt am Strand auf der wunderschönen autofreien Nordseeinsel Wangerooge. Die Nichtraucherwohnung ist 26 qm groß und ist perfekt für 2 Personen geeignet. Hunde sind willkommen. Sie hat einen gemütlichen Wohn-/Schlafraum mit einer bequemen Schlafcouch und dem Zugang zum windgeschützten Südbalkon. Die Küche ist separat. Im Tageslichtbad findet ihr eine Dusche mit tiefem Einstieg. Gerne nutzt die hauseigene kostenpflichtige Sauna und den Indoorpool.

Auf 65 m² finden Sie hier genug Platz zum Entspannen – sie eignet sich perfekt für bis zu 5 Personen. Die im Erdgeschoss gelegene Wohnung „Villa Rossini“ befindet 100 Meter vom Hauptstrand und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Eine Sauna steht im Gemeinschaftskeller zur Verfügung. Nach einem aufregenden Tag finden Sie Ihre nächtliche Ruhe in einem der komfortablen Schlafzimmer.

Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.
