Completely renovated beach apartment on Wangerooge
Lovely apartment on Wangerooge. Quietly located and directly near the beach. Beautiful bright apartment. We have been renting out our apartment on Wangerooge for years, which has only been used by family. The apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building. The apartment is rented with linens and towels. The cleaning of the laundry is included in the price of the final cleaning. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with one double bed each. Upon request, there is also a crib at no extra cost.

Our house with five different sized 3-star apartments is located in the center of the village, 300 m from the train station, 300 m to the beach, 150 m to shopping, bakery 3 houses away, rose garden opposite. The apartments are well thought out and equipped so that you can feel at home on your vacation without everyday life. This apartment "Wattflieder" has 3 bedrooms on 80 sqm, each with a sink. The kitchen-living room invites you to cook together. There is an outdoor seating area in the courtyard.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Abendsonne liegt ebenerdig direkt am Strand auf der wunderschönen autofreien Nordseeinsel Wangerooge. Die Nichtraucherwohnung ist 26 qm groß und ist perfekt für 2 Personen geeignet. Hunde sind willkommen. Sie hat einen gemütlichen Wohn-/Schlafraum mit einer bequemen Schlafcouch und dem Zugang zum windgeschützten Südbalkon. Die Küche ist separat. Im Tageslichtbad findet ihr eine Dusche mit tiefem Einstieg. Gerne nutzt die hauseigene kostenpflichtige Sauna und den Indoorpool.

Die im Erdgeschoss gelegene Wohnung „Villa Rossini“ befindet 100 Meter vom Hauptstrand und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Eine Sauna steht im Gemeinschaftskeller zur Verfügung. Nach einem aufregenden Tag finden Sie Ihre nächtliche Ruhe in einem der komfortablen Schlafzimmer.

Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

Die Ferienwohnung „Lüttje Bernstein“ im Haus Mellum gegenüber dem Alten Leuchtturm ist eine 26 qm kleine Wohnung für 2-3 Personen. Sie ist mit viel Herzblut und Individualität eingerichtet. Im Jahr 2021 wurde sie komplett saniert mit Landhausdielen, eine neue Einbauküche und hochwertigen Möbeln (Bett 1,4m plus Schlafsessel) Dabei wurden die charmanten Fliesen im Bad aus den Siebzigern kombiniert mit neuen Elementen und einer stylischen Tapete. Dieses Einraum-Apartment befindet sich im 1OG.

The small fine studio is about 30 square meters and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with large awning over the entire width of the balcony. Tomorrow's breakfast can't be better. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person directly above the sofa bed and the small pantry kitchen for preparing Frisian delicacies. A hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
