I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Enjoy the special ambience and comfort in this historic house from 1753. The children's star Tom Palme, known from KiKA (ZDF), designed the idea for Mein-Herzenshaus together with the Hamburg artist Shola Feldkamp. Each apartment has a specific heart theme and pictures were specially designed and staged for this purpose. With a lot of love and heart, this sensitive and homely atmosphere of the apartment of power was created in the "Mein-Herzenshaus" (My Heart's House).

Apartment is located on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . Apartment is decorated in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Audi AG plant not far. The guest is welcomed and guided, help at any time possible from neighboring rooms.
