We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

Time out at Klopferbach

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

Mamut is a huge and comfortable home in little czech country village, perfect for families and friends who want to spend some quality time together. Mamut is a warm friendly country home with generous common spaces and unique bedrooms. It is designed to enjoy time together, relax in front of the fireplace or hang out in the surrounding garden. Guests especially appreciate the huge table, kids-friendly environment and the BBQ shed.

This spacious vacation home is located in the Upper Bavarian Forest Nature Park, approx. Half an hour to Cham and 1 hour to Regensburg. Ideal for families with children as there is almost no traffic. Here you can enjoy and relax in the total tranquility of the countryside. In the immediate vicinity, various hikes can be made, such as Silver Lake or Cerchov. For children, there is also a vacation program 3 km away.

The accommodation ‘Apartment 4 Rosenstraße’ offers accommodation in the city centre of Cham. Due to the perfect location in the city centre, restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping facilities and parks are within easy walking distance or right on the doorstep. This holiday flat is located at the gateway to the Bavarian Forest, an area with opportunities for hiking, walking, sports and cycling.

The vacation home is located in Winklarn, a small town, home to a baker, butcher and pastry chef. The next largest city of Oberviechtach with all shopping is only 6 km away. It is at ground level, barrier-free, surrounded by a large garden. It is heated with electricity and a fireplace/wood. Hot water is prepared by a water heater.

During this unique and peaceful stay, you will have a perfect rest. You can just have a picnic in the garden or sit on a bench under a tree. If you have a great time, you can walk 3km through the woods and swim in the nearby dam. In the evening, you'll have a drink at your own bar or visit a local pub.
