We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

The apartment is located on the first floor which is only accessible by stairs. There is also a 150 m² garden and a roof terrace incl. An umbrella, seating area and patio heater can be used. Our apartment is close to the center and can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot from the train station. Although centrally located, you will enjoy a very quiet environment. By bus and train you can easily reach a wide variety of destinations and thus also have an optimal starting point for your leisure activities. The apartment is on the ground floor of a charming 120-year-old house with a total of three living areas. A fully equipped apartment for a maximum of 4 people awaits you.

Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. The property has two bedrooms, a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing area and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.

At the forge

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Bernartice, 3 km from the natural swimming pool Sycherák and in sight of the beautiful Český les mountain range. It is an ideal starting point for hiking as well as cycling. The recreational cottage is a former forge building that underwent a complete reconstruction at the turn of 2024/2025. The reconstruction emphasized preserving the original appearance of the building.
