Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, besonders Trittschall ist hörbar. 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch) eine gut eingerichtete Wohnküche und ein 20m2 großer, gut isolierter Wintergarten.
