Cottage on farm with farm cafe

House on two levels on our farm. First floor: Equipped kitchen. In the living room there is a couch (fold-out), a dining table, TV and a wood-burning stove for cold winter days and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom is reached via a ladder. A large bed (180 × 200) and a normal bed (90 × 200) as well as another bathroom with a bathtub are available. In front of the house is a construction site. Parking in front of the main house, Wi-Fi and satellite TV available. No dogs allowed!

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Outdoor fans, take note! On our farm we have just the thing for you: A cozy wooden car with a loft bed (1.40 m) and sofa bed (1.20 m) and a shepherd's wagon with a large lying area (2 m x 2.20 m). There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.

Our 120 sqm apartment is located in a 4500 sqm garden, surrounded by nature, between castle and cellar forest. The garden was landscaped by a landscape gardener 30 years ago. Here you can find peace and relaxation or make beautiful excursions to Marburg or the nearby Edersee from here. The lake offers a variety of business opportunities.
