Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Our bright, new apartment is very well equipped. Located on the outskirts of the village, you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the balcony. Facilities such as supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Water playground, place to relax next door. The Main River is not far and thus also many small villages and beautiful towns. Leisure: Band ceramic museum, Judenfriedhof, the cities of Schweinfurt, Würzburg, Volkach, Werneck, swimming lakes, spa, wine towns on the Mainschleife.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. It has a bathroom with shower and a brand new fully equipped, open kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove and dishes.

I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
