Loft in the studio This stylish, cosy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here. Get up close and personal with the artist Etienne, who paints on the ground floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is breathtaking. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden, including the pond and barbecue area.

The vacation home "Strickerl" is located in one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the world, in the Salzkammergut. We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, on the ground floor, with a small terrace and a private entrance from the outside. Since it is not possible for Airbnb, due to its systems, to divide the following local FEES according to the age of the guests, we have to collect them SEPARATELY on site:  for each guest aged 15 and over per night: a) Local tax - EUR 3.90 b) Mobility levy - EUR 0.50 Pets are not allowed. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels (1 set/person) are included.

This comfortable apartment in the center of Wagrain offers everything for a relaxing holiday. Restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a bakery and more are all in the immediate vicinity. Parking is free in the building's car park. The nearest ski lift (Gravenberg) is only 500m away and can be reached on foot or by the ski bus, which stops right outside. All guests receive the Salzburger Sport Welt card, and with it free access to Wagrain Wasserwelt, among other things

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

A charming cottage in a Troadkasten look with modern amenities in Alpine style overlooking a beautiful orchard is at your disposal. The 100% wooden house offers every luxury despite minimalist space. The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village. The crackling of the wood-burning stove and the processing of old wood offers an alpine feeling.

The flats F1 and F2 will be available for our guests from July 2024. Both boast high-quality furnishings and a unique panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The flats are located on the 2nd floor and offer space for 5 people each. Equipped with kitchen-living area, 2 bedrooms, 1x bathroom with shower, 1x separate WC, flat-screen TV, wifi Internet and south-facing balcony.
