We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

Das Studio verfügt über ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche. Ein Parkplatz steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Erlebe eine perfekte Mischung aus Natur und Aktivitäten!

The apartment with separate entrance belongs to a family house and is located at the village entrance on the route Zug-Ägeri (directly at the bus stop Spinnerei). In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. Equipment: 1x double bed (160x200 cm), kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, enough dishes and pans available.

We offer a small but lovingly furnished accommodation for families with max. 2 adults and 2 kids or a couple. One bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed , a private toilet/shower and a small kitchenette with accessories. Located in central Switzerland on a farm with unique views. In 5-10 minutes by car, you are at great starting points for various activities. Arrival is only possible with one car, there is no public transport connection.

Peace, privacy and breathtaking mountain scenery await you in this comfortable place. Construction, age and history make up its special charisma. The whole house is well maintained, but old. The age is the charm, but also brings with it a scratch, there a dust, some scrolling color and recurring cobwebs. The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. The house is ideal for family reunions or with friends.

Modern 2.5 room duplex apartment

Modern, bright and comfortably furnished duplex apartment in a rural area. Lake Aegeri is within walking distance. Public transport connection is 100 meters away. Shopping is a 5-minute drive away. Centrally located for excursions (Sattel-Hochstuckli, Stoos, Rigi and Rothenfluh can be reached in a few minutes by car). A car is an advantage. Ideal for cuddling up in winter and super comfortable for chilling out or doing sports in summer. Autonomous and quiet. The proximity to the lake (5 minutes on foot) and the city (10 minutes) makes it an attractive starting point for excursions and business. Our nice apartment is located in a calm and relaxing environment close to the edge of the forest with a view of the beautiful pond where you can take a bath, have a bbq or simply enjoy the countryside.In about 35 minutes, you are in Zurich or Lucern.

Beautiful, confortable and full furnished flat in a "Le Corbusier" Style House 20 minutes from Zürich and 15 minutes from Rapperswil. ! End of September and October, the farmer brings cattle with clocks. This might be disturbing during the night.
