Ebenso haben zwei Familien mit Kindern Platz, die sich auf dem anliegenden Spielplatz austoben können. A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und offen geschnitten. Im Winter ist es besonders schön, nach einem Ausflug nach Rügen oder Usedom das Kaminfeuer zu genießen. Abends lohnt es sich bei klarem Himmel, nach draußen zu gehen und die Sterne in der tiefen Dunkelheit zu bewundern.

Here I offer my cozy, ground-level, small place to stay. On 46 m² you can feel really comfortable with 2 people. For a third person, the sofa bed (1.20 m) can be used in the living room. The terrace to the rear courtyard is accessible via the bedroom and you can enjoy the evening sun there. There is a bakery in the house. Downtown, train station and supermarket are within walking distance.
