Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Villa Dvorečná

Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

Modern accommodation for up to six people offers comfort, privacy and convenience. The HausLipno bungalow is equipped with its own terrace and garden with barbecue facilities. The advantage is the proximity of cycling routes, the beach 40m and the Lipno ski resort 3 minutes by car. The interior features a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy living room with a fireplace and two comfortable bedrooms. For your convenience, there is one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, complemented by another separate shower with an infrared sauna for use for a fee.

Budka Borůvčí / Birdhouse the Blueberry

The larch mini house in the forest oasis is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin linen, a kitchenette, a flushing toilet. In the living area there is a dining table, stove and sitting window overlooking the trees and a birch balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Upstairs you'll find a cozy bedroom. We're on the outskirts of town, right next to the woods. Breakfast made from selected organic local ingredients is waiting in the fridge for a slow and comfortable morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for easy cooking.

Romantic cottage in seclusion

A romantic summer on the farm Romantic accommodation in a secluded location in nature, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is near a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit Rožmberk Castle or go rafting on the Vltava River in the summer months.

This unique, cozy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of historic downtown Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated with a focus on detail, comfort, and functionality. The centerpiece of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, ensuring perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while traveling.

Chalet Mavino

The apartment is close to a game reserve with deer and yet close to the amenities of the village of Lipno nad Vltavou. Here, nothing will disturb you and you can listen to the sounds of nature. Evenings at sunset on a spacious terrace or in the warmth of the fireplace with a cup of good coffee. We welcome families with children, we have a crib, changing table, high chair and the like. For bad days, there is an x box, but children will enjoy the forest the most, which you can see directly from the terrace.

And if one pond wasn't enough for you, 100 meters to the southwest you'll find another pond in the middle of the wilderness.

Loučovice can serve as a great starting point for your trips. It is, however, not village you would visit per se (industrial heritage). Great for outdoor and nature lovers, not for people looking for restaurants or night life. Libuše is a small studio with a double bed. It accommodates 1 additional guest on the sofa bed.
