Villa Mellon - amazing sea view and heated pool

This modern luxury villa has an amazing sea view and a 10,5x4m heated swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi. Located 17 km from historical city of Zadar, it has two floors, each with two bedrooms, modern kitchen and cozy living room with a large terrace in front of the sea and quiet surroundings. Every room has a modern TV and AC unit and the house has beautiful garden and 600 sq/m of open space. Each balcony has an open dining table and there is a large fireplace with lounge set next to the pool.

Hello, we offer accommodation in a new apartment Suzana near the historical - Nin - with the most beautiful beaches in Croatia (Zadar 25min). Located directly on the ŽDRIJAC beach. The beach is SANDY, long, bright, with warm and clear water. Nice 3 bedroom apartment offers large terrace. The beach is directly in front of the apartment (first row of houses, direct panorama view). Playground, water sports, beach bars, restaurants, mini market (fresh fruits, vege and all you need) about 100 m away.

The brand new luxury designed Villa Coralis with an indoor area of 140m2 and outdoor area of 120m2 can accommodate 6 adults + 2 children (up to 14 years old) in three bright and airy bedrooms which are all with own bathroom (en suite). Swimming pool of 45m2 is heated. Guests have completely privacy and the location is perfect with many features available in the area. Adriatic sea is only 150m away. Villa is very comfortable and amazing for families. Free parking available on site.

Vrsi pokraj povijesnog gradića Nina,,20 km do Zadra ,ako želite mir I tišinu tu smo.Do mora imate dvije min autom, u krugu smještaja imate dućan,pošta pekara,ljekarna u blizini je i ambulanta.Uz more imate restorane picerije kafiće dućane.Sa terase imate lijepi pogled na more povjesni gradic Nin i jos druga mjesta.Obala vam je dugačka a plaže raznovrsne i očaravajuće uvale gdje je more prekrasno i čisto.U dvorištu imate parking i roštilj.

Ima TV, hladnjak, aparat za kavu i besplatni wi fi. Ispred zgrade je besplatno parkirno mjesto Održavamo vrlo blisku i brzu komunikaciju s našim gostima. Soba je u mirnom kvartu i samo je 150 metara udaljena od centra Udaljen je samo 100 metara od autobusne stanice

The house consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, roof terrace with jacuzzi for five person, sauna and gym. All rooms are air-conditioned and two rooms have a private bathroom. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.
