Nice, family-friendly house with large garden

Lovely house surrounded by vineyards with lovely rooms, large kitchen and wild garden with trampoline, cable car and swing. There's a wood-burning stove, room for many about the large board table, and plenty of space to both relax on the sofa, in the bathtub, or play badminton in the garden and board games in the living room. There are bedrooms, a kids' room with a dinosa bed, and a guest room with peace in the living room. We use the house as a holiday home with our children and welcome anyone who wants to be family style and pleasantly welcome.

Spacious nordic living in rural surroundings

Enjoy some time in the Danish countryside, in this spacious house, close to the sea. With 30 mins to Rødby, 40 mins to Gedser and just over an hour to Copenhagen, the house is conveniently located in one of the most beautiful parts of Denmark, on the banks of the northern part of Falster. The house is a shared summer-house owned by two families, and can easily accommodate 10 people. The area provides ample opportunities for enjoying nature with water, forrests and fields just outside the door.

It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

The villa "Emma" is modern to luxuriously furnished. Here you can feel right at home thanks to the high level of comfort. There are 2 full floors and a penthouse with indoor whirlpool, 40 m² roof terrace with views over Sellin, a large sauna with glass front and views of nature, an extra relaxation area with relaxation loungers, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and much more. From the villa it is just a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Enjoy a break with friends or family in this noble place. Manor house with plenty of space in stately rooms. On the first floor, you have an exclusive 100 m² fireplace room with a country kitchen. On the 2nd floor, there are 6 bedrooms with new box-spring beds and en-suite bathrooms, which can be reached via a small staircase from the fireplace room or via the main staircase. In the manor house, there is also a small restaurant "Hofküche" on the first floor.

Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

The large manor house is a real rarity on the Baltic Sea coast: On 450 square meters over three floors extend the living and sleeping rooms, a large country house kitchen and an exclusive spa area with its own sauna and relaxation area.
