60 m2 on the 1st floor of a century-old family home with a beautiful 3000 m2 garden Very easy access via the ring road, the accommodation is located: - 5 min drive (30 min walk) from the city center and 10 min from the A71, - 3 minutes from Bourges Military School, - 15 minutes from Avord Air Base, - close to all amenities: supermarket, gas station, pharmacy, hairdresser, bakery. Free parking free bus (stop 100 m away) to reach the city center in 10 min.

Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok). The pool, the playground are to be shared with my family.
