Charming 16th century apartment of 70 m2 (93 m2 on the ground floor) loft type located 20 m from Place Gordaine in downtown Bourges. 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. It is equipped with reversible air conditioning, pellet stove and has a private courtyard. Located on the 1st floor, not overlooked and very quiet (at the back of the lively street), a bakery is located in front of the doorstep and many restaurants nearby. In the countryside, just 8 km from the Saint Amand Montrond exit (A71), the Orgerie is a quiet charming cottage, comfortable with heated pool and magnificent views of the bocage. Lots of things to do nearby. The 2.5 ha estate allows for a great independence of the accommodation . Possibility to rent a small house in addition. Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok). The pool, the playground are to be shared with my family.
