Everything is newly renovated with hog standard. Everyone will find their favorite room, and on the big lot (7500 sqm) laughter will be heard for a long time. Nearest neighbor is Elinghem pride, Elinghem odekyrka and 2 km from the house you will find wonderful Ire with one of Gotland's finest beaches (Ireviken), Iregard with café, restaurant, animals, tennis, horseback riding, shop and lots of other activities for the whole family. The garden, quiet and walking distance to wonderful Ire makes this a magical place. Pa garden there is a barn and 5 outbuildings that are empty and not used.

Large patio with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and gas grill and charcoal grill, sunny position all day, as well as evening sun and also garden. Garage and driveway with space for up to 4 cars. EXTRA: if you are more than 8, I have a detached apartment on the property, which is suitable for 3 people.

Perfect summerhouse for a restful stay only a 5 minutes walk from the beach. Sandviken beach is a long sandy beach and considered one of Gotland absolute best. Stay 2 families or a group of friends. These houses are from 2018 so the standard is really high. In the area you will find restaurants and nice nature places to visit. One of Gotlands best restaurants "Krakas" is about 10 miles from the houses. Also the small summer towns Katthammarsvik and more wellknown Ljugarn is close within range.

Nu finns där 5 lägenheter helt nyrenoverade med alla bekvämligheter.Husets balkong som ligger på den norra gaveln med morgon sol och kvälls sol har husets gäster tillsammans. Grillen är för gästerna.

Ygne and Högklint are some of the best places for sea trout fishing. Visby GK is 21 km away and Tofta Beach 16 km.. NOTE: There is an additional cleaning fee of 185€ that is paid 1 week before check-in.

Njut av lugnet av vår fina lilla gård på Norra Gotland. Stor trädgård med fruktträd, blommor, skog för äventyr, gräsmatta för fotbollsmatch eller slumra till i hängmattan till ljudet av fågelkvitter, havsbrus och vindens sus i lövträden. Huset är fräscht, nya ytskikt, fullt utrustat kök, nyrenoverat badrum och underbart knarriga golv. Inne finns sex bäddar fördelat på två sovrum. Finns även en gäststuga på gården med ytterligare fyra bäddar (lite spartanskt - se rumbeskr). Välkomna!
