Only fifty meters from the sea is this charming little house that has been carefully renovated last year. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom with washing machine. The kitchen has an oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. The upstairs two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. The garden has several patios. The cozy fishing community Lickershamn is a lively marina with restaurant, kiosk, golf course, fish shop, swimming jetty, lovely sandy beach and Jungfrun, the island's highest sea stack.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Brygghuset is a two floor accommodation for a relaxing getaway. You live in a rural idyll with the forest around the corner. Here grandmother dricku = Gotland mead, washed clothes and here honey was thrown, potatoes and vegetables and food were stored for winter's needs. The property has a special staircase to the second floor. You really relax in this house. We have vegetable growing and have flea market every now and then.
