Welcome to my Skåne farm, beautifully located in the countryside, but just a stone's throw from the city's hustle and bustle. Upstairs you will find this cozy apartment with one bedroom and a living room with an integrated kitchen. From the bedroom, you can reach the large, lovely roof terrace with a fabulous view of the Skåne plains and with the Öresund Bridge looming in the distance. In the morning, you will be awakened by the horses' neighing when it is time for their morning hay. Maybe the little cat, Kerstin, will come and say hello.

Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located in Limhamn, close to Malmö Arena (about 4 km) and to Malmö city (about 5 km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two burners, oven and microwave. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. In the apartment, there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it, but some atmospheric candles can be lit. Free Internet and large TV selection.

The bus takes you quickly to Hyllie, Malmö and Copenhagen.

Här välkomnas ni till ett nyrenoverat hus med stora sällskapsutrymmen, fullt utrustat kök och mysig uteplats med grillmöjligheter samt parkering På ovanvåningen finns 2 sovrum samt ett allrum med totalt 10 sängar. 1 badrum samt 1 extra gästtoalett. Vi hyr ut för både dagar och veckor. Vid längre perioder kan priset diskuteras, alltid med flexibilitet.

About 10 min by bus to Hyllie, and about 30 min by bus/train to Copenhagen Airport.
