Optional baby bed and a work desk in the sleeping room. The bathroom contains shower/toilet/sink. Public parking in the city, but no dedicated parking spot around the house.

All shops and lots of good pubs and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. You won't be able to cook great menus here, but you won't miss anything else.
