Large independent gîte in a beautiful stone house located in the heart of a village perched between Dauphiné and Savoy. Peace and quiet assured. Tastefully decorated and comfortable, ideal for discovering our beautiful region on vacation or on a sports stay (hiking, biking, mountain biking, via ferrata, climbing, paragliding, swimming, fishing...) Very nice view of the Bauges and Chartreuse Alps – Close to lakes, the 7 Laux family ski resorts, Collet and the Allevard thermal baths.

Beautiful outbuilding – "La maison Victoire"

At the entrance of the road to the ski resorts, in the charming village of "Les Mollettes", beautiful 2 bedroom double bed outbuilding in a 80 square meter single-family house facing our personal home. It has a large living room with modern equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. This quality accommodation is ideally located 30 minutes from the family resort of Collet d'Allevard, 5 minutes from Alpespace, 15 minutes from Chambéry and 25 minutes from Grenoble.

Come and discover a completely renovated barn in the authentic style. Large 90 m2 apartment Harmoniously composed of a bedroom with its king size bed and adjoining shower room, a huge 55 m2 living room with its large 3.50 m high bay windows and large kitchen. Come and escape in our quiet apartment at the top of the legendary Montvernier hairpin bends. With family, as a couple or with friends, you are close to the ski resorts and in the heart of the "largest cycling area in the world". With your private garage you can store your winter sports equipment or your motorcycle, your bike. We have also provided a relaxation area with shower and inflatable spa on reservation at an additional cost. Come and discover!

Small house surrounded by nature.

It is a peaceful place in the heart of nature and at the foot of the mountains, to relax, to hike to the lakes, to ski, to discover the Grésivaudan valley. The house is designed in relation to the ecology of the place. There is a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, a second bed is possible with the sofa bed if you prefer to sleep in front of the stove or if there are four of you. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and ecological dry toilet.

Small mountain cottage

Rental of a charming little wooden chalet in the mountains, cozy, comfortable and quiet. Surrounded by greenery, this cottage has beautiful views of the valley and surrounding mountains from its large terrace. Located in Jarrier at 1200 m altitude, in a small village close to the Sybelles ski resort (10 min drive from the bottières depending on snow conditions), you can enjoy the pleasures of the mountain in all seasons.

Le Refuge Princens, a cabin at the foot of the mountains

Restored makeshift refuge in respect of its original vocation, this vineyard house and its restanque garden invite contemplation, and the experience of a green night by offering rustic comfort with its dry toilet and outdoor solar shower. An ideal base for mountain practicing, alone or as a couple, enthusiast of unusual and anxious to give meaning to its passage through these lands imbued with history and nature.

Farm dome in Chartreuse

Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse, come and discover our independent dome within our small farm dedicated to plants. You will be charmed by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. We'll be happy to introduce you to our work if you'd like. Our house and farm premises are 80 meters from the dome and its terrace, not overlooked.
