Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis, in the shade of large pine trees swaying in the sea breeze. From a position overlooking the sea, reachable by private access and railway underpass, with a reserved lido spot, you can enjoy a view that sweeps from the Gulf of Venus to the Lighthouse of Punta Penna. The property is located in Casalbordino, on the Trabocchi Coast, between Fossacesia and Vasto, a few km from the Punta Aderci Nature Reserve, which can also be reached by footpaths.

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

This bright and cozy space is a beautiful 3 floor home with modern amenities situated in the historic center of town with 3 bedrooms, an office, an open floor plan, a brand new kitchen, a balcony with a view, and an open terrace for outdoor enjoyment.

"The heart of the Borgo"

The house, located in the historic heart of Termoli. Inside you will find a small bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and a Smart TV with Netflix! At the entrance, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, minibar, and a part set up only for breakfast with a capsule coffee machine, a juicer and a kettle for tea. There is also a comfortable single bed and a sofa bed.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

The apartment is located on the hill 5 km from the sea and the fantastic cycle path with its countless coves. Just renovated (July 2022), surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, it is located in a fenced villa with an exclusive automatic gate. At 15 km is the beach of Punta Penna within the Nature Reserve of Punta Aderci. The town of Vasto (20 Km) with its historic center overlooking the beautiful gulf allows unforgettable evenings.
