We do not serve food or provide breakfast. Respect our neighbour´s privacy. No parties or events. No loud noises, music after 21:00 hrs. Up to 4 people (2 beds are up stairs in the loft and 2 beds are downstairs in the TV-living room). Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine. Simple and nice accommodation in a detached house on the owner's property. The house is new and fresh with a sleeping loft for two people (two 90-cm mattresses) and a sofa bed on the lower floor. 2 km to the main road (road 263) where there is a bus stop with service to Sigtuna and Märsta. The accommodation is close to Arlanda Airport (15 km), Sigtuna City (5 km), and Stockholm City (50 km) (Only service animals are allowed in the property) There is no access from the main road to the property (2 km/1.24 miles)

The place has origins from the Viking Age, rune stones and hiking trails outside the door. Abba grew up here in Vallentuna.

The house is very spacious with 5 bedrooms + 1 bedroom in a guest house with access to the house and offers plenty of space for both family and friends. Both house and plot with large terrace are fully furnished, 50 meters from a jetty that has a swimming area. In the house, there is both a sauna and a fireplace and two tiled stoves that enhance the stay.

There is no TV and internet here, but a lot of games and time for crafts and reading. Enjoying a bath in the newly built bathroom and relaxing in front of a crackling fire after hiking in nature is a treat for the soul. Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 m. from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.Sheets and towel is provided.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with bathing area about 100 m . On the farm there is a dog and during summertime sheep.
