Welcome to our home (les cloups)

The two rooms flat we let is part of our home close to the swimming pool (you can have a swim or lie down in the sun in the morning and after 4pm in June, July and August). We've got a cat and dog who love company. We live in the country but close to Gramat (shops and restaurants) and to Rocamadour , Padirac, and not far from the Dordogne valley. (Sarlat...) We will be happy to entertain people from any country (Claudine is a former English teacher and loves meeting English-speaking people).

Gîte 1 La Rame***

Awarded 3 stars by the France Tourism board. Our home lies in the nationale park Périgord-Limousin, close to 2 market towns. The apartment is part of an old farm dating from 1910, but it's newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with a king size bed. Situated in the country side, you'll find 20 hectare of grassland and forest to explore with a frog pond and even a small lake. If you get up early enough you might even see deer in the garden. the accommodation adjoining a house is located in the village of the medieval village of Donzenac which is located on one of the roads of st jacques de compostelle , in an old hotel on the edge of the historic road RN20; the rooms are renovated , there is a kitchen with a microwave oven a kettle a plate ,a TV and the minimum for a breakfast; in addition there are 2 shower cabins and a toilet all reserved for a single rental . Comfortable studio ideally located in the heart of Allassac, pleasant medieval city, close to the train station and shops. There are plenty of hikes available to you. A two-minute drive from the Saillant, a charming village located at the outlet of the Vezere gorges with its famous spout bridge, two castles and its small chapel with stained-glass windows signed by the painter Marc Chagall.
