Welcome to our cozy studio apartment, in the basement of our 150-year old home in Sarlat-la-Canéda. We live here since 2022 and we have fully renovated and refurnished the apartment, including a comfortable queen size boxspring bed. The apartment has a private entrance and a large garden with panoramic views over the city. We are at just 5 minutes driving or 15 minutes walking distance from the medieval city center and in close proximity of all sights and attractions in the Perigord noir.

Awarded 3 stars by the France Tourism board. Our home lies in the nationale park Périgord-Limousin, close to 2 market towns. The apartment is part of an old farm dating from 1910, but it's newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with a king size bed. Situated in the country side, you'll find 20 hectare of grassland and forest to explore with a frog pond and even a small lake. If you get up early enough you might even see deer in the garden. the accommodation adjoining a house is located in the village of the medieval village of Donzenac which is located on one of the roads of st jacques de compostelle , in an old hotel on the edge of the historic road RN20; the rooms are renovated , there is a kitchen with a microwave oven a kettle a plate ,a TV and the minimum for a breakfast; in addition there are 2 shower cabins and a toilet all reserved for a single rental .
