Beautiful cottage with beams and exposed stone just renovated November 2019 Parking and entrance into private courtyard garden with covered eating terrace and your very own jacuzzi. French doors into house The kitchen is fully equipped, the lounge has very comfortable furniture and pretty French antiques, The river vezere is only 50 metres on our own land, excellent for canoeing, wild swimming and picnicking 2 minutes by car to a stunning medieval village 25 minutes from center of Sarlat

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

The pond house is a typical house of the Monédieres massif in cut stone. At the end of a small inhabited hamlet, surrounded by woods, next to a pond, gives this magical place an impression of being out of time, a true haven of peace, charm, authenticity and silence.
