Non siamo in un incrocio: il semaforo brilla in giardino. A pochi passi dal centro offriamo in una villa un alloggio di 45 mq adatto una coppia, eventualmente con figli/e. Piano di cottura ad induzione e lavastoviglie in cucina; vasca idromassaggio in bagno. TV color, ed impianto stereo. Negli spazi principali della casa disponibili per gli appassionati di un biliardo con buche e di un pianoforte a coda. Giardino utilizzabile; parcheggio e biciclette in uso. Luogo ideale anche per visitare Le Cinque Terre, la Versilia il Golfo dei Poeti , raggiungibili in circa 30 minuti, oppure escursioni in giornata anche nelle città d'arte come Pisa Firenze e Genova in circa un'ora sia in macchina che in treno.
