Sunrises & sunsets from every place - the balcony, living room, bedroom, and bathroom will take your breath away! (This is only upstairs with your own balcony. Casita is another unit downstairs for others).

This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Nestled on two sides by Desert preserve with hiking and equine trails . It’s a few miles from N Phx fine dining and shopping. Our 1.3 acre mini urban ranch makes you feel far from the city with beautiful views . We have farm critters to meet with your host. Fresh eggs provided . Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.

Our 1956 Cardinal is a vintage glamping dream come true! Cozy and comfortable with a cushy bed (halfway between a single & a double), twinkle lights, and plenty of soft pillows and blankets, it's a playhouse for grownups! The camper sits in its own corner of our property, next to the vegetable garden. Our property is a hilltop acre of shade trees and fruit trees, with a koi pond and small spring-fed creek. You'll enjoy beautiful views, overlooking the nearby mountains. .
