La Baita sul Lago si trova nell'antico borgo montano di Trobbio a 950 mt di quota con una incredibile vista sul Lago di Como. C'è tutto il necessario per passare degli splendidi giorni di relax', immersi nella natura e nei suoi ritmi. Il lago e' raggiungibile in 20/25 minuti di auto, cosi come il supermercato. La Baita si raggiunge solo a piedi in 3 minuti dal parcheggio. ATTENZIONE: nei mesi più freddi la baita si scalda solo con la stufa a legna, non c'e' nessun altro metodo di riscaldamento.

The location is an excellent base that allows you to easily reach Lake Como, nearby Switzerland and essential amenities for a great vacation

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM 12 JANUARY TO 10 FEBRUARY. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

Casa Samuele Novate mezzola

A newly-built detached house with custom-made furnishings. It's located in a quiet area at the foot of the Val Codera and a stone's throw from the lake. It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.

The Grae of Vico

Recently renovated cottage with breathtaking lake and mountain views, located in the old village of Verceia, about 350 m above sea level. It overlooks Lake Mezzola, with a view of Lake Como. The house is on two floors, equipped with a super-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, bedroom with double sofa bed, with panoramic window facing south west, terrace with view, TV, free WiFi, air conditioning and central heating. BBQ area.

Verceia is the ideal place to stay for nature and tranquility lovers. Casa Martina is a cozy apartment located at the foot of the mountain from which various trails depart that will take you to the fantastic Valle dei Ratti. A few minutes' walk from the lakefront for a beautiful walk or to enjoy a bike ride along the over 150 km of bike path. In the village you will find restaurants, bars, pizzerias, kiosks, grocery stores and more!

La nostra casa nel bosco è un'edificio tipico in muratura ristrutturato nella primavera 2019. Un'oasi di pace e tranquillità immersa nella natura ideale, per famiglie o coppie in cerca di relax e romantica intimità. Vista sulle montagne della Valchiavenna, con ampi prati ad uso giardino. Ciclabile a pochi metri, possibilità di numerose escursioni, 10 minuti da Chiavenna, 30 minuti dal Lago di Como e dalla Ski Area Valchiavenna.
