Southern Charm meets SoCal Chill in this Historic Victorian home! Boasting style and architectural character, we think it’s special and know you will too! Built in 1886 by The Captain Robert Sudden, a mercantile who developed the water front area, wharf and pier.
“My husband and I decided to go on a mini beach vacation and came across this place last minute and loved it! We were thankful to find an affordable and big place near the beach! (Everything else we were looking at was so ridiculously priced with outrageous fees) We were surprised how big this place was! (A lot of times pictures are deceiving but not in this case). The kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom were all separate spaces. It’s literally the whole bottom floor all to yourself. Super quiet and spacious. We do want to point out that there are no blinds or curtains in the front windows, but the bedroom and everything else is covered. I was in love with all the succulents and cacti everywhere! Well-designed space. We enjoyed a partial ocean view every morning with coffee on the porch, an afternoon nap in the front room, playing pool in the OTHER front room, to-go lunch from Spencer’s fish tacos down the street(highly recommend!!) walking (about 5 minutes) to the pier, walking about 10 minutes to the Main Street, a 5 minute Uber to the marina for a sunset dinner at brophy’s restaurant, and an overall GREAT experience and getaway for couples. Also, my husband and I had breakfast at cafe nouveau one morning (which they recommended) and we totally recommend for breakfast. We ran into Anna and Bobby a couple times and they were super sweet and chill! We would totally come back. (Especially because there are so many restaurants and breweries we still want to try!) We didn’t want to leave!”
